Toddlers

Introduce your little ones to the world of movement and fitness through fun, creative, and sports-themed activities!  

Designed for 2 and 3-year-olds, our sessions offer an exciting way for kids to explore and develop motor skills while enjoying structured, play-based fun with a focus on sports and physical fitness.  

Age-appropriate and engaging, each 30-minute session is packed with opportunities for your child to discover, grow, and have a blast!

2-3 Year olds

Pre-Kinders

Building on the Toddler stage, this exciting next step introduces your little one to the basics of sports and physical fitness in a fun and engaging way!

 

Packed with energy and variety, each session focuses on developing key gross and locomotor skills, all while exploring a new sport every week. 

Designed for 3-4 year olds, these action-packed 45-minute sessions are perfect for keeping kids active, learning, and loving every moment!

3-4 Year olds

Kinders

Kickstart your child’s love for sports with a fun, action-packed introduction to essential skills! Each week, we focus on a different sport, giving kids the chance to explore 9 exciting options: baseball, basketball, cricket, footy, hockey, netball, soccer, tennis, and volleyball.

 

Along the way, they’ll learn basic rules, develop key fitness skills, and build confidence in a supportive and energetic environment.  

Perfect for 4-5 year olds, these 45-minute sessions are designed to keep little ones active, engaged, and excited about trying something new every week!

4-5 Year olds

This is the stage where kids turn their skills into action, mastering techniques, learning teamwork, and diving into the rules of "real" sports.

 

It’s all about building confidence and having fun while exploring a variety of team sports. Building on what they’ve already learned, we take things up a notch by enhancing physical fitness and introducing new challenges.

 

These exciting 45-minute sessions are designed for school-aged children, helping them grow stronger, play smarter, and enjoy every step of the journey!
