Nicole Sandler has a Physical Education Degree and has been actively involved in the teaching of sport to children for the past 25 years. Nicole is a mother to 2 boys and she believes that one of her greatest achievements to date has been to build her own children’s confidence and develop their love of fitness and sport.

Nicole Musiker has Commerce and Business Economics Degrees and extensive coaching experience in helping children achieve their potential. Nicole has aimed to encourage her family to stretch their limits, do their best and lead active and healthy lifestyles.
