SPORTZBUZZ is a sport, physical fitness and life lesson coaching program for children. Our program aims to "hook" kids into being active at as early an age as possible. Our busy buzzing weekly classes make use of bright, exciting, kid=friendly and innovative equipment guaranteed to make motor-skills like throwing, catching, kicking and hitting easy and fun.
We give 2-8 year old kids the opportunity to "have a ball", enjoy exercise, interact on an active level and be exposed to our wide range of sports namely;
SPORTZBUZZ balances bodies and brains by developing and extending
self-confidence, concentration, co-ordination, postural strength, perseverance and independence as well as enhancing specific sport skills, gross-motor skills; spatial awareness and object control.

With the colder days upon us, remember to still keep kids active and hydrated while they are rugged up and having fun outside.
The beaches, parks and playgrounds are full of energetic children who love to be outdoors, free to run and play. Active children are healthy children. Keep warm, beanies, gloves and rain jackets are heaps of fun.
